From May 14 to 16, Nutoast proudly participated in HOFEX Hong Kong 2025, one of Asia’s leading food and hospitality exhibitions, held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The event attracted professionals from over 27 countries, spotlighting cutting-edge trends across the food and beverage industry. Nutoast’s booth welcomed over 6,000 professional visitors, including a strong mix of retailers, manufacturers, and distributors. According to the visitor breakdown, beverage & café professionals made up 43%, followed by bakery and pastry (20%), food service (13%), and dairy & ice cream sectors (6%). Our focused showcase of pistachio-based innovations—designed for the region’s evolving café, beverage, and pastry markets—drew wide interest from key markets such as Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, India, the Philippines, and Australia, further affirming Nutoast’s growing influence across the Asia-Pacific region.
At our booth, we featured a full range of pistachio products, including 100% Pistachio Butter, our award-winning Pistachio Sauce, and the specialty Pistachio RX Paste. Each product drew strong interest from F&B professionals, especially those in beverage, café, and bakery sectors.
Hong Kong’s market demand for clean-label, low-sugar, and globally inspired flavors aligns perfectly with Nutoast’s product development philosophy. Our Pistachio Sauce, powered by proprietary Micro-Diffusion Solubility Technology, received praise for its smooth water-solubility, light green color, and creamy texture—making it ideal for modern tea lattes, cheese foam toppings, and dairy-based drinks without separation or sediment. Meanwhile, our oil-soluble pistachio paste continued to appeal to bakery chefs for its rich flavor and smooth blending in artisanal gelato and baked goods.

We also addressed common buyer questions during the show, such as the difference between water-soluble and oil-soluble pistachio pastes. Our team explained how different formulations serve different needs: oil-soluble for baking and ice cream, and water-soluble for beverages and dairy-based drinks.
