From May 19 to 22, Nutoast proudly exhibited at Bakery China 2025, the largest and most influential baking industry trade show in Asia, held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. The event brought together over 400,000 visitors and 2,200 exhibitors from more than 27 countries, showcasing the latest advancements in baking, confectionery, and food processing. Nutoast’s 230-square-meter booth—our largest to date—welcomed over 4,000 attendees, creating a dynamic hub for innovation and collaboration. Our specialized display of pistachio-based solutions resonated strongly with professionals in bakery, pastry, beverage, and food service, reflecting growing industry demand for clean-label, functional ingredients. With significant engagement from across China and international buyers, the event further reinforced Nutoast’s position as a trusted partner for premium nut-based applications in the global baking sector.
Our booth showcased Nutoast’s full range of high-quality pistachio, almond, and cashew products. A dedicated application zone allowed visitors to engage in hands-on demonstrations and discover our innovative, professional, and practical nut ingredient solutions. A major highlight of the exhibition was the live baking demonstration by our brand ambassador, Master Lin Yeqiang, also known as “Water Brother.” As a two-time world baking champion and five-time national champion of China (Champion of the 2023 IBA World Bakery Championship and the 2025 Italy City Cup International Baking Competition), his presence attracted a huge crowd to our booth. Using Nutoast’s signature Pistachio Sauce, he crafted a stunning array of pastries and baked creations that wowed the audience with both aroma and artistry. As a highlight of our participation, Nutoast’s Pistachio Sauce received the prestigious Bakery China Innovation Award at the show—an honor that marked this exhibition as a true milestone in our brand’s journey. Designed especially for modern tea beverages and high-end patisserie applications, this product stands out with its light green color, smooth creamy texture, and excellent water solubility, made possible through our proprietary Micro-Diffusion Solubility Technology.
